Joshita is an experienced Finance Professional and Business Partner with almost 30 years’ of broad management and finance experience gained with large listed, public, and private corporations across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific regions, across various industries and organisations specialising in Property and Property Funds Management/Accounting. Joshita has held several senior leadership roles across KPMG, CBA, Westfield, Scentre Group, GPT, Lendlease, Stockland, Charter Hall, KIPT (a subsidiary of CFSGAM) and most recently at Arkadia Property Services.

Joshita brings extensive experience from all facets of finance (including capital transaction, development and leasing), management, reporting & analysis, due diligence, strategy, compliance, investor relations, forecasting, budgeting and planning, stakeholder management/business partnering, change management, business & process improvement, people leadership, audit, advisory and tax. Joshita’s key strengths include leading, supporting senior executives, stakeholder engagement/partnership, collaboration, improvements, analytics/report design and project management.

Joshita holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant with CAANZ.
